South Central Primary Care is a nonprofit network of community health centers serving underserved areas of Georgia. As brand strategist, I revitalized their brand, crafting a compelling identity and messaging strategy to enhance their in-person and online presence. This included redesigning their brand assets and executing a social media campaign to increase awareness of their easily accessible healthcare options and vaccination services.
